GTA 6 Jason voice actor is one of the biggest mysteries surrounding Rockstar Games’ upcoming Grand Theft Auto VI. While Rockstar has revealed plenty about Jason Duval, including his background, personality and relationship with Lucia Caminos, the company has not officially revealed the actor behind his voice and performance.
However, one name continues to appear in fan discussions and gaming reports: Dylan Rourke.
So, is Dylan Rourke really the voice of Jason in GTA 6? Here’s everything we know right now.
Who Voices Jason in GTA 6?
The short answer is: Rockstar Games has not officially confirmed Jason Duval’s voice actor.
Dylan Rourke is currently one of the most frequently mentioned names connected to the role. Fans have compared Rourke’s voice, appearance and physical features with Jason in GTA 6 footage and trailers.
Those similarities have made him a popular candidate among the GTA community.
However, there is an important distinction between a popular theory and an official casting announcement.
Dylan Rourke’s involvement has not been officially confirmed by Rockstar Games.
Is Dylan Rourke Jason’s Voice Actor?
Dylan Rourke is widely believed by fans to be the actor behind Jason Duval.
The theory has been around for some time, with fans pointing to similarities between Rourke and Jason. More recently, online cast information connected to GTA 6’s extended look has renewed interest in the theory.
But there is still no official Rockstar credit confirming that Rourke provides Jason’s voice or performance capture.
IMDb information alone should also not be treated as definitive proof because its cast pages can be edited by users.
For now, the safest conclusion is:
Dylan Rourke is a strong fan theory, not a confirmed GTA 6 voice actor.
What Has Rockstar Revealed About Jason GTA 6 Jason Voice Actor
Rockstar has officially introduced Jason Duval as one of GTA 6’s two main protagonists.
According to Rockstar’s official character description, Jason grew up around criminals and later joined the Army in an attempt to leave his troubled youth behind.
After leaving the military, Jason ended up working with drug runners in the Leonida Keys.
Rockstar also describes Jason as someone who wants an easier life but repeatedly finds himself pulled into dangerous situations.
His relationship with Lucia appears to be one of the central parts of GTA 6’s story.
Jason and Lucia’s Relationship
Jason and Lucia are the two playable protagonists at the heart of GTA 6.
Rockstar’s latest official material shows the pair working together as they become involved in a much larger criminal conspiracy across Leonida.
Their relationship appears to be more than a simple partnership.
Jason seems protective of Lucia, while Lucia also relies heavily on Jason as their plans become increasingly dangerous.
That makes the identity of Jason’s actor particularly interesting because the performance will play a major role in the game’s emotional scenes.
Why Has Rockstar Not Revealed Jason’s Actor?
Rockstar has historically been careful about revealing its voice and performance actors before release.
The company appears to prefer keeping major story and character details secret until the game is close to launch.
GTA 6 is currently scheduled to release on November 19, 2026, and Rockstar’s official website still lists the game for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
With the release getting closer, fans could eventually receive an official cast announcement or discover the actor through the game’s credits.
What About Lucia’s Voice Actor?
The Jason mystery is similar to the long-running discussion surrounding Lucia Caminos.
Manni L. Perez has been widely linked to the role of Lucia, while Dylan Rourke is the name most commonly associated with Jason.
However, reporting around both roles has changed over time, and Rockstar has not published a complete official GTA 6 cast list.
That means fans should be careful when treating social-media posts, IMDb entries, resumes or appearance comparisons as proof.
Could Dylan Rourke Be Confirmed Before GTA 6 Releases?
Absolutely.
As GTA 6 gets closer to its November 19 release date, Rockstar is expected to reveal more information about the game.
An official cast credit from Rockstar would immediately settle the Jason voice-actor mystery.
Until then, Dylan Rourke remains the leading name in fan speculation, rather than a confirmed actor.
Final Verdict
So, who voices Jason in GTA 6?
Right now, there is no official answer from Rockstar Games.
Dylan Rourke is the most widely discussed candidate for Jason Duval, based on fan investigations, voice comparisons and online casting claims. But none of that is enough to officially confirm his involvement.
For now, the best way to describe the situation is:
